Start with throughput and footprint. DT-T covers tank farms and depots with 1 or 2 nozzles at 5-80 L/min. DT-A is the compact entry cabinet. DT-L balances capacity, footprint and cost for standard retail. DT-G and DT-M take up to 8 nozzles, and DT-M adds a built-in LED screen for pump-side advertising. The Classic range gives five proven cabinets in three quality tiers. DT-HF is engineered for 150-400 L/min at truck stops and mining sites, and Truck-Mounted units move the same hardware onto a skid or a vehicle. Between 1 and 8, depending on the series. DT-T and DT-A take 1 or 2 nozzles, DT-L takes 3 to 8, and DT-G, DT-M and the Classic cabinets take up to 8. Each nozzle position can be fed as a separate product, so one cabinet can serve several grades at the same time.
Standard models deliver up to 50 L/min and big-flow versions up to 90 L/min. The DT-HF series is engineered for high-throughput sites at 150 to 400 L/min. The flow a site actually reaches depends on the pump type (vane, gear or submersible) and on the hose, the nozzle bore and the distance from the tank.

Most enquiries about a petrol dispenser are really a question about nozzle count, because the count fixes the island length, the number of hoses and the hydraulic layout. A two nozzle fuel dispenser suits a single-grade island where traffic never queues. A four nozzle fuel dispenser covers the usual two-grade, two-hose layout. A six nozzle fuel dispenser adds a third grade without widening the island. An eight nozzle fuel dispenser is the answer for a motorway site running four grades on two hoses each. When a project does not land on one of those numbers, a multi nozzle fuel dispenser is built to the count you specify, within the per-series ceiling shown in the specification table above.
Nozzle count is only half the specification. A high flow fuel dispenser for trucks, buses or depot loading runs a larger meter and a bigger pump than a car forecourt cabinet, and the two cannot be interchanged afterwards without rebuilding the hydraulic path. Because the cabinets, the pumps and the fuel dispenser parts inside them are all made here, a spare is never a dead end.
