المضخة الغاطسة وقطع الغيار

طلب قطع STP يصير أسرع عندما تُسمّى القطعة بوظيفتها. كل ما في هذه الصفحة بند من بنود قطع المضخة التوربينية الغاطسة لسلسلة النوع DT-STP: قطع المضخة الغاطسة التي تحمي خط الضغط، وملحقات المضخة الغاطسة التي تكمل الأنابيب، وقطع الغيار للمضخة الغاطسة الكهربائية التي تحتاجها التنفيذات أحادية الطور.

Leak detection comes first. The mechanical leak detector is the line leak detector for a fixed-speed STP: it sits on the pressure line between pump and dispenser and throttles the line to under 11.4 L/h when product is escaping. Fitting it means the same submersible pump leak detector also covers routine tank leak detection, with no electronics in the sump.

Then the safety chain. An emergency shut-off valve at the dispenser inlet is also sold as a shear valve, because the body parts at the joint if a vehicle hits the dispenser. That dispenser shear valve is grey cast iron rated 0.35 MPa nominal, with a fusible element releasing at 75 °C ± 5 °C in a fire and a break-off torque of 350 to 550 N·m.

At the tank end, the intake screen filter is the pump intake filter on the motor: a 304 stainless screen that keeps tank debris out of the impeller and sheds what it traps when the pump stops. Above the tank, the STP flexible pipe joins the discharge head to the pipework — 600 mm long, 2″ BSP or NPT.

Single-phase builds need one more part. The run capacitor is the submersible pump capacitor for 220 V motors: 450 V, 25 µF ± 5 % for 0.75 HP and 1.5 HP, and 40 µF ± 5 % for 2 HP. Three-phase 380 V motors run without one.
