Every dispenser on this page is built from the same small set of parts. Four of them decide what the customer is billed, and we make all four in-house.
The meter is the part that turns flow into money, so each of the four lines is calibrated on our own bench before it leaves the workshop. The fuel flowmeter range covers DTJ3 for gasoline and diesel dispensers, DTJ100 for compact models, DTJ4 in three inlet sizes, and DTJ6 for high-flow work from 5 to 160 L/min. All four work on the same positive displacement flowmeter principle — a measuring chamber of known volume turns with the flow, so accuracy holds when viscosity or temperature shifts.
Each meter drives a rotary pulse encoder — DT-Q1, DT-Q3 or DT-Q4 — which turns shaft rotation into pulses the controller can count. In a pulse encoder dispenser the encoder and the controller are a matched pair: pulses per litre is set once against the K-factor, so changing either half means re-calibrating the pair. The three sensors, the DT-AH-6 / 6B / 6C junction boxes and the solenoid valve fuel shut-off (D20, D25, D40) all carry ATEX / IECEx certification.
A hose reel dispenser can be ordered with the spring-rewind reel fitted at the factory, or supplied as a retrofit kit for AdBlue and high-flow diesel lines. Tell us the model and the hose length and we will quote the reel with the dispenser rather than as a separate line item.
