The workshop floor is busy this month. Rows of fuel dispensers move through assembly side by side — the compact G Series, the T Series at 80 and 120 LPM, and our high-flow T units at 200 and 300 LPM built for truck, bus and high-throughput stations.
Every hydraulic heart of these machines is made in-house: our own CP8 vane pump, J6 flow meter, solenoid valves and pulsers go onto the frames here on this floor, then each dispenser is flow-tested before it is packed.
What the photos also show is the people behind them. Assembly teams move at a steady, practiced rhythm — the kind of rhythm that only comes from years of building the same product family. Frames are squared, hoses are dressed, torque marks are checked. Nobody rushes the details, because the details are what keep a dispenser running for ten years in the field.
Different finishes, different configurations — black cladding for a premium forecourt look, stainless and classic white for standard layouts. Same hydraulic platform underneath.
Orders are running ahead of schedule this quarter, and the lines are keeping pace. If you want to see these dispensers being built rather than brochured — come visit. You can watch your own order move down the floor.
The models on this floor: G Series fuel dispenser and the T Series fuel dispenser (80–300 LPM). Curious what goes on inside a T unit? Read Inside the T-Series Dispenser.
