From 14 to 16 May 2024 we exhibited at UNITI expo in Stuttgart, on stand 3F03 in Hall 3. UNITI expo is the European trade fair for the fuel retail and car wash industry, and it is the show where a dispenser or a vapor recovery unit is measured against the whole market in a single afternoon.
Two machines carried most of the conversations. The first was the Green Guard DT-100M, the membrane-separation model in our Stage III vapor recovery range: it works without condensing equipment, which is what makes it the unit for moderate-temperature regions and for sites that want vapor processing with no refrigeration circuit to service. Beside it stood a compact dispenser cabinet for fleet and small retail sites.
Around them we laid out the parts that decide whether a station actually stays compliant: submersible turbine pumps, flowmeters, nozzles, breakaway couplings and swivels, and the ATEX-certified junction boxes and pulsers that connect them. Each of those parts has its own fit question, and the show is where they get asked.
Marina Riznychenko of Technotrade LLC stopped at the stand. Technotrade is the Ukrainian forecourt automation supplier founded in 1993, and its dispenser interface converters work alongside more than 200 dispenser and ATG brands, which makes it the layer that sits between the pump electronics and the site controller. A vapor recovery unit only holds its certification in service if the site controller can read it, so the conversation went to the signals the Green Guard DT-100M exposes and to how a retrofit kit fits a forecourt that already runs third-party controllers.
The Green Guard vapor recovery unit and the fuel dispenser cabinet on the stand are the same machines we ship year-round, alongside the wider AdBlue dispenser range. If you could not come to Stuttgart, send us a site layout and we will match the package to it. This report follows our pre-show invitation.
