If you send an enquiry through this website, we receive the name, e-mail address, job title, company, telephone number, product of interest and message you enter in the form. That is all of it. The form carries no hidden fields beyond the one that names the form itself.
We use it to answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to handle the order, shipping and certificate documents if the enquiry becomes an order. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and afterwards for as long as tax and export law requires the corresponding transaction records to be retained. If you ask us to delete an enquiry that never became an order, we will.
This website uses one kind of cookie, and only for statistics. Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-KKHQZN8QWQ, records how many people visit, which pages they read and which country they arrive from, so that we can tell which product pages are worth the effort. It sets the cookies named _ga and _ga_..., which expire after up to two years. It loads only after you accept the notice shown at the bottom of the page: if you decline, no statistics cookie is set and no visit data is sent to Google. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and reload the page. We run no advertising and no social media tracking cookies.
Our pages load their typefaces from this website rather than from a font service, so rendering text sends nothing to anyone else. Our hosting provider stores the enquiry after you submit it. Google processes the analytics described above, and only if you accept it. Those are the only outside parties involved.
If you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable form. Write to contact@datianmachine.com and we will answer within one month. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the data protection authority in your own country.
