GreenGuard

Efficient Recovery.
Maximum Profit.
Planet Protection.

GreenGuard is Datian’s Stage III vapor-processing unit. It monitors underground storage tank pressure, condenses excess gasoline vapor through cooling and membrane separation, and returns it as liquid fuel — cutting VOC emissions by 95%+ while generating measurable savings.

Why GreenGuard

Profit While Saving the Environment

The latest GreenGuard generation is built for stations that want compliance, lower emissions and a fast payback.

Reduce Emission

95%+ VOCs reduction: from 1,000–2,500 g/m³ down to <30 g/m³. Helps meet China, EU and Middle East environmental standards.

Increase Revenue

Typical fuel recovery 0.2–0.4%. Stations often see USD 3,000–20,000/year profit with low energy consumption.

Tech Advantages

24/7 autonomous operation, 4HP condenser module, optimized oil-gas separation and IoT remote control.

Cloud Management

Role-based access, real-time safety alerts, tank-pressure trend tracking, VOCs emission analysis and 2+ years data storage.

How it works

How It Works

1

Continuous Tank Pressure Monitoring

Sensors measure underground storage tank pressure in real time. When pressure exceeds the set threshold (recommended 500 Pa / 5 mbar), the unit activates automatically.

2

Condense & Separate Vapor

The vapor/air mixture passes through an air-cooled heat exchanger and refrigeration unit, then membrane modules. High-concentration vapor returns to the tank; cleaned air is discharged safely.

3

Automatically Return Liquid Fuel

Recovered liquid drains back into the tank. The cloud dashboard logs every cycle, fuel savings and alarm event — accessible anywhere.

Models

GreenGuard Models

Choose the version based on your existing infrastructure.

DT-100M

DT-100M

Membrane separation technology — no condensing equipment required.

Ideal for small gas stations — stable control of tank pressure and exhaust emission concentration.

DT-VR26M1

DT-VR26M1

Pressure-auto or pressure & scheduled operation. Monitors tank pressure and starts according to regulation. Compact condensation unit with cloud interface. Ideal for stations with existing Stage I and Stage II systems.

Recommended
DT-VR26M2

DT-VR26M2

Includes Stage I assist: during tanker unloading, vapor passes through the condensation unit to recover more fuel.

Model Stage I assist Operation modes Best for
DT-100MNoPressure-auto, Pressure & ScheduledModerate-temperature regions; pure membrane separation without condensing equipment
DT-VR26M1NoPressure-auto, Pressure & ScheduledStations with existing Stage I & II systems that need tank pressure control, regulatory compliance and a cloud-connected condensation unit
DT-VR26M2YesPressure-auto, Pressure & Scheduled + Stage IStrongly recommended — stations with or without Stage I seeking maximum recovery
