DT-Q3 is a compact explosion-proof pulser in an aluminium housing, measuring 123 × 80 × 60 mm. It puts out a dual-channel square wave at 100 or 200 pulses per revolution, runs on 5–12 VDC at 30 mA and is rated to a maximum speed of 300 r/min.
The explosion-proof rating is Ex d II B T4 Gb under certificate CNE×15.3571, which is what allows the sensor to sit in the hazardous area of the dispenser rather than being routed out of it. A built-in anti-reverse mechanical counter keeps a local total independent of the electronics.
For a replacement, quote the model, the pulses per revolution you need and the display head it feeds — pulse count has to match the metering board or the volume reading will not be right. It ships 20 pieces per carton under HS code 84139100.
